Job description:


Our client is a world-leading cloud customer service provider. Due to its continued expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our exceptional team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for assisting the Marketing and Sales teams to create compelling marketing content and campaigns to promote our brand to new customers. This is a generalist role that supports all marketing areas but with a focus on content creation.

The role:


As a Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include:

Content Creation:

  • Prepare and coordinate the delivery of clear marketing communications aligned with our brand image.

  • Proofread marketing copy.

  • Contribute to and coordinate the generation of marketing brochures, customer case studies, video material and web updates.

  • Coordinate the production and distribution of new marketing material and literature.

  • Research and analyse market data/other business approaches in order to identify and tailor messages to specific audiences.

  • Continuously learn about our products and services in order to fully inform content creation.

Marketing Support:

  • Support campaign work across international marketplaces as required.

  • Organise events, networking opportunities, campaigns and awards applications.

  • Support brand and communications activities eg PR, web and video projects.

  • Support analysis of marketing performance data, looking for trends and improvement opportunities.

  • Update the marketing database and CRM as required.

  • Coordinate internal events and communications to promote our culture.

  • Assist with the creation of long-term marketing plans.

Internal Support:

  • Provide regular updates to marketing management on project/task progress.

  • Support the sales department with a range of targeted collateral, campaigns and presentation preparation.

  • Build positive relationships with other departments to support effective content creation.


Who you are:


Expected:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • Marketing industry-recognised qualifications eg CIM

  • A positive attitude and aptitude for teamwork

  • Proven written and spoken communication skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • Demonstrate proof of eligibility to work in The UK

  • Creativity

  • Good written and spoken communication, able to articulate technical concepts in straightforward language

  • Good presentation skills

  • Organisation skills

  • Good IT literacy skills​

Desired:

  • Experience in promoting a brand or a product

  • Experience in using a CRM software or similar tool e.g. Wordpress

  • Experience in delivering customer service/communications, desirable but not essential

  • Experience with graphic design software, eg Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator

  • Language skills, preferably German, Dutch, Japanese, French
